How much does it cost?	MSRP retails at 2 units for $249. Early bird pricing is $154 for 2 devices, a 40% discount off of retail.

Why are you crowdfunding?	Lynq has manufactured units for testing alongside business partners to ensure we bring our consumers a product that’s ready for market. We chose crowdfunding since it provides us the opportunity to work with early adopters first - those that love what we’re creating almost as much as we do.

What features are available?	Up to 3 mile (5km) range; no need for phones, connectivity, maps, infrastructure; safe zone for parents; waterproof; rugged; up to 3 day battery.
What colors do you offer?	White with black button for 1st model, additional depending on campaign raise.

Is it comfortable / attractive / discreet?	Unobtrusive, small enough for a child to wear and easy to attach to clothing or gear with built-in carabiner or lanyard.
Does Lynq work by itself?	Yes, the 'home' feature directs anyone to a location, meet-up spot or landmark of choice. 2+ units required for full feature set.

How secure is it?	"Hopping" / communication protocols prevent interception once devices are paired.

What are the risks & challenges of getting the device today?	Lynq has produced 200 units for B2B partners (not for sale). Tools are complete and ready to fulfill orders after delivery of components.

Is there a warranty?	Yes, 12 months, normal wear and tear or manufacturer defect.
What is your refund policy?	Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some point we will need to lock refunds in order to go into production & shipment. If the device is defective, a replacement will be sent.
What is your return / exchange policy?	If you received your device and you aren't satisfied, you may exchange it for a new one within 30 days, less shipping & handling fees.
How do I choose more than one reward?	To get more than one perk, please make a new contribution for each perk.
